Refund policy

For Print-on-Demand Items (Spiral Notebooks, Gift Wrapping Paper, ETC):

Because our print-on-demand products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or similar reasons. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or refund for qualifying claims.

For All Other Products:

For all other items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us at itsamelaninthingllc@gmail.com to initiate a return.  Customer is responsible for shipping.
